Q1: What's your refund policy?
A: You could request a refund within 30 days in following situations:
1) The product has serious bugs and SnowFox Team couldn't solve it.
2) You purchase a wrong product and has bought another SnowFox product you need.
3) You make a duplicate order.
For other reasons, please contact SnowFox Support Team.
Please note, SnowFox provides trial version for evaluation, which has no functionality limitations. You could download, install and test the product before purchase. So we DO NOT accept, including but not limited to the following reasons to request a refund.
1) You don't need this product
2) You don't like this product
3) You made the order by mistake
4) Someone used your credit card / paypal account to make this order.
Q2: What's your upgrade policy?
A: For all registered users, it's free for minor upgrades, and 12 months guarantee for major upgrades.
For other upgrades, we will charge about 1/3 fees of the original price normally.
Q3: How to get a full version?
A: If you have already purchased the product, you just need to input your email and registration code to activate the product. If you don't have registration code, please purchase here.
A: For most cases, we will list the discount on a prominent place on our website. And you could also subscribe SnowFox Newsletter to get the latest information.
Q5: What's your license definition?
A: SnowFox Software licenses are base on the installation, including Single-User License and Multi-User License, which are adequate for all products.
Single-User License: This license permits you to install, use and backup the software. You may place a copy of the software on one single personal computer owned by or under control of the licensee plus one additional computer also owned by the licensee. You must NOT copy the software or accompany materials for any other reason.
Family Pack License: : This license permits you to install, use and backup the Software. You may place a copy of the Software on up to 5 computers within your family. You must NOT sell or deliver the Software to any third party Users may access the software in any way. Please note, Multi-User License is NOT a Concurrent-Use License.
Multi-User License: This license permits you to install, use and backup the Software. You may place a copy of the Software on specific numbers of computers according to different types of Multi-User License, entirely within your organizations and corporation within one particular specified location. You must NOT sell or deliver the Software to any third party Users may access the software in any way. Please note, Multi-User License is NOT a Concurrent-Use License.
Multi-User License (6-10 PCs): You are permitted to install the Software up to 10 computers within one particular specified location.
Multi-User License (11-20 PCs): You are permitted to install the Software up to 20 computers within one particular specified location.
